Amy Bielicke, a former fitness instructor and tennis player, Amy had a "no pain, no gain" approach to exercise, Amy fell in love with Nia the first time she experienced it. "I hadn't felt that type of joy in a very very long time." After a back injury, Amy found that she was able to continue doing Nia without discomfort where she had to give up other forms of exercise. "I was so worried that I would lose muscle tone and not stay in shape" when in fact the opposite happened. "Now my core is stronger, I am leaner and much more relaxed. Nia has definitely changed my life and I love to teach and share my joy!!"
